HI Ken this JUST came through.....all set
Please arrive well in advance of 4:30 p.m. as anyone arriving after 4:30
p.m. thru 8:30 p.m. will not be permitted on the Beverly Hilton premises
for security reasons - NO exceptions.
Everyone must park at the 2030 Century Park West - enter off of MGM
Drive - (formerly the St. Regis Hotel). Shuttles available to/from
hotel until 2:00 a.m.
Play it safe and arrive at the parking structure at 3:15p.m. (or sooner)
and arrive via shuttle at the hotel at 3:45p.m. (or sooner) - give
yourself time to park and get on a shuttle (many times there are lines
to get on shuttles) - and traffic can be heavy near the hotel.ken
