If you have the ability to lead and motivate others, meet sales goals and handle administrative duties, you will be a great addition to our team. Worldwide Photography and IPI are looking for a great Manager to over see the Christmas Photo Operations for seasonal business at the Fresno Fashion Fair Mall. Other positions that are available at this mall are: an Assistant Manager and Full/Part Time Team Members.
o We are also hiring a full/ part time Natural Santa at local malls nationwide, if you know anyone who is interested please have them contact us direct at jobs@i-p-i.com.
Manager's daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
o Hire and lead team members
o Ensure open/close procedures are being met
o Identify customer's needs during photo session
o Capture memories that will last a lifetime
o Strive to meet goals set for specific location
o Over see photo operations
o Ensure that the data from daily operations is accurate, complete and turned in on time to Corporate Office.
o Maintain safe and clean work environment
o Ensure daily deposits are made on time
o Communicate with home office and mall management staff
o Monitor payroll budget, daily goals and product inventory.
Requirements
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Management experience is a must
o Ability to work a flexible schedule
o Ability to demonstrate composure under pressure in a fast paced environment
o Knowledge of Computers and photo equipment
o Highly energetic and enthusiastic with a friendly attitude
o Works well with children and adults
o Must have a valid driver's license, social security card
o Clear Background check and Drug Screen is required.
