Impress!!!!!!

Hi MembersHere's a chance to show off your technique and impress and educate others.A leading photographic publisher is producing a book on digital flash photography. They need examples — with, if possible, a distinctly American flavor — of the following techniques. They don't have to be of any subject in particular, but they need to illustrate captions as good (and in one case, bad!) examples of these techniques. They should feature models, or at least urban-looking people (in urban or modern environments), and you MUST have a model release. 1. The inverse square law, lighting a subject with little or no background (even though there would be one nearby).2. An interesting or unusual catchlight (umbrella shape, or something even cooler).3. In low-light conditions (indoor, daylight): Subject standing too near the wall, with an unsightly shadow created by the flash (preferably not an unsightly subject though). Also a shot of the same subject, a little further from the same wall.4. A good shot achieved through ceiling or wall bounce flash – of a person or people, rather than a still life.5. Any good examples of rear curtain sync.Upload data:1. DEADLINE: Monday April 2nd 2007; 12:00 GMT2. FILESIZE: 300dpi, colour. Pixel dimensions minimum 2480 x 1748, to print at A53. CODE KEYWORD: FLAXIL (please describe your image in full and NEVER use the Code Keyword as your only keyword.)4. CATEGORISE UNDER: relevant subject categoryIf you feel you already have existing images on the site which fit the bill, just add the unique code keyword to them. A) The only way you can make your pictures available for consideration by the buyers in any Picture Call is to upload them to the fotoLibra site ...B) ... and to include the special Code Keyword among your other keywords.C) Please do not mark these images as Royalty FreeD) Do not send them to me as there is nothing I can do with them — my opinion would be highly subjective and probably not helpful.E) Please also make sure that they always match or exceed the requested resolutions and file sizes.Kind regards
