Photo Request -- Please look

Hello Members

As there appears to have been some confusion over this Picture Call, I thought it would be a good idea to confirm exactly what the buyer is looking for.

Overall theme: The evolution of home Christmas decorating from 1837 to the present day. (Please note the word ‘home’ – not commercial shop windows, or city streets – this is about how people have been decorating their houses, indoors and out, since 1837.)

Your illustrations, graphics and photographs should show the different ways families
a) decorate their Christmas trees
b) use evergreens, lights, hanging decorations and cards to create their own unique look. (I can remember long strips of ribbon, floor to ceiling, with cards pinned on and a big bow at the top of each. Then there are cards on strings running all round the room, or cards attached to silver-sprayed branches.) Please don’t show us your designs for single Christmas cards – lovely though they may be, they are not appropriate for this buyer.
c) festoon the exteriors of their houses with lights, waving Santas and more

Upload data:
1. DEADLINE: Thursday September 6th 2007; 24:00 GMT
2. FILESIZE: 300dpi, colour. Pixel dimensions min. 1750 x 2480
3. CODE KEYWORD: BBXMAS (input this among all your other apposite keywords describing the image in full and NEVER use the Code Keyword as your only keyword.)
4. CATEGORISE UNDER: Lifestyle> Homes

If you already have suitable images in your collection on fotoLibra, just add BBXMAS to your other keywords.

And remember:
A) The only way you can make your pictures available for consideration by the buyers in any Picture Call is to upload them to the fotoLibra site ...
B) ... and to include the special Code Keyword among your other keywords.
C) Please do not mark these images as Royalty Free
D) Do not send them to me as there is nothing I can do with them — my opinion would be highly subjective and probably not helpful.
E) Please also make sure that they always match or exceed the requested resolutions and/or file sizes.

Kind regards

Jacqui
