Student arrive @fountain holding area in front of theatre for check in and Name count( Parents and Supporters can stand behind the photog s near the Red Carpet)

10 45 Photog s and Any Media arrive

10 55 Carpet is open, Party room is set, music and 5 min countdown begins

11 am Announce the welcome and begin the student march on the Red Carpet and Photos Begin

Students will walk carpet, as names are announced and enter party room to receive movie ticket and raffle ticket

11 45 Pizza Is Served in Party room with socialization happening. More photos ,music, etc

12 15 Approx Raffle takes Place in Party Room

12 30 Movie Time with Appropriate tickets

2 PM all Students Picked Up
